Customer Service desk

The role of the Customer Service Desk is to serve the client on the buyer side with emphasis on reliability and excellent service at all times. Parlogis representatives are well trained and experienced in order to provide customers with accurate prroduct information, order placement and handling the special needs of different customers. We deliver daily to pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare centers, supermarkets, laboratories, doctors, dentists, veterinarians and other buyers. We have over 2.000 different customers a year and our customers have access to over 14.000 products from over 500 suppliers. The name of the supplying company is clear on the invoice and Parlogis does not negotiate prices with its customers.

The Customer Service Desk is open to web-based orders 24 hours a day with the phone service is open from 08:00-16:00 Monday-Friday. Urgent orders are taken by an emergency team after opening hours.
